Stir fried Chinese flat bread with mixed vegetables (V)

  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Light soy sauce
  • Spiced water
  • Button mushroom
  • Leeks
  • Green pepper
  1. Mix the flour with water and a little salt, knead it into a dough.
  2. Divide the dough into small portions, then roll it flat sheet.
  3. Place the flat sheet into a heated flat sauce pan, turn until it is done.
  4. When it cools down, chop the flat sheet into strips.
  5. Chop all vegetables into strips.
  6. In a heated wok, add three or four tablespoons of oil.
  7. Add in chopped vegetables.
  8. When the vegetables get soft, add in chopped flat bread strips.
  9. Add spiced water (or just a few drops of water).
  10. Add salt and one tablespoon of light soy sauce.
