Chinese stir fried beef mince with celery

  • Beef mince

  • Light soy sauce

  1. Chop the celery into around 3cm long strips.
  2. Mix the beef mince with a tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of corn flour.
  3. Let all sit for 20 mins.
  4. Chop half of spring onion, a small piece of ginger into small pieces.
  5. In a heated wok, pour in 3 tablespoons of oil.
  6. When the oil is getting hot, add in chopped ginger and spring onion. Stir fry.
  7. Add in beef mince. Stir fry mince in the wok (be careful not to overcook it). Put everything on a plate.
  8. Leave around 1 1/2 tablespoon of oil in the wok, add in chopped celery, stir fry quickly.
  9. Add in some salt.
  10. Add the stir-fried beef mince back to the wok, stir fry it with celery together.
  11. Add in 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of cooking wine. Stir-fry further 1 or 2 mins.
